On December 15, 2025, Cesina's Sausage Co., a generational family-owned business, and staple in Beaver County, was destroyed by a devastating fire.

THEIR HISTORY

Cesina’s Sausage is a well-known business in Aliquippa PA, run by the Costanza family. It is named after Cesina Costanza, who immigrated here with her husband Oresto in the late 1920's and settled in Aliquippa PA. She raised 6 children and cooked and cared for them in a very traditional Italian way which her parents' sausage recipe. (This 100+ year old recipe is what Cesina's Sausage Co uses!)

Cesina's Sausage made its first retail debut in 1968 when Charlie Costanza (one of Cesina's sons) and his wife Rosella added it to their line-up in their new convenience store in Center Twp, Aliquippa, PA. After many successful years, Charlie and Rosella, at the urging of Charlie’s brother Willie, decided to open a sausage company and in 1978 Cesina’s Sausage was established.

Now 47 years later, Charlie and Rosella’s children--Charlene, Annette, and Johnny--are still making the same sausage their Nonna brought with her from Italy. Still made in Aliquippa, PA, still made ALL NATURAL, ALL FAMILY, and ALL GOOD!

Through the years, the Costanza family has given back to our local area in so many ways. As a strong pillar in the community, they are always working towards bettering those around them. Let’s help them, like they’ve helped so many others. Viva Cesina’s Sausage Co.!
